Greg Hall, FounderGreg is the founder of Amadeus Growth and leads all day-to-day activity including deal sourcing, diligence, and acquisition efforts.
Prior to founding Amadeus, Greg was a Vice President at Lincoln International in Chicago, where he focused on leading and executing mergers and acquisitions for founder and private equity owned businesses. Before Lincoln, Greg was a Manager in PwC's Management Consulting practice, where for Fortune 100 clients he developed and implemented strategic plans to improve performance across operations, customer service, technology, and client staff. Greg is excited and energized to contribute these skillsets and experiences toward growing an acquired business. Greg holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and three kids, being active, and supporting Chicago, Northwestern, Michigan and Liverpool FC teams. |

Nick Spofford, AssociateNick is an associate with Amadeus Growth, supporting deal sourcing, diligence, and acquisition efforts.
Prior to Amadeus, Nick was a consultant with a procurement and supply-chain firm based out of Atlanta, GA, where he specialized in serving private equity portfolio companies. He led workstreams focused on strategic procurement and corporate contract negotiations across a number of industries, including: in-home healthcare, dental services, medical supplies, lumber, steel, third-party logistics, and packaging. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and will be graduating from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a Master of Business Administration in June 2024. |

The meaning behind "Amadeus" and a message from Greg
Since 2000, every summer our extended family has taken a vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. It is a wonderful trip and it always stays fresh, especially with new additions to the family--our group has grown from 12 to 25! It never subsides how lucky we are that we've built and have been able to maintain this beautiful tradition. Amadeus is a name special and unique to our trip.
Our family has kept this going for more than 20 years through unwavering support, authenticity, integrity, and humility for each other. I look forward to applying these same principles to a new partnership through Amadeus Growth, and I would be honored to work with you.
